R-Light 1000 – lightened machine gypsum render

PURPOSE

R-LIGHT 1000 is a factory produced lightened mixture of improved gypsum and special additives.
The product is designed for machine rendering of interior walls and ceilings, creating very smooth surface, suitable for direct painting.
R-LIGHT 1000 should be sprayed in one single layer with minimum thickness 10 mm, and then smoothed with aluminum lute.
The normal thickness of the finished render should be around 20 mm.
If necessary, big uneven areas in the walls should be leveled with lime-cement render (R-300), before applying of the lightened machine gypsum render.
The time for final drying of R-LIGHT 1000 is around 14 days, and the next building operations should start after minimum 20 days.
The product is compatible with the TERAZID’s silo equipment.
