R-300 – lime-cement render

PURPOSE

LIME-CEMENT RENDER R-300 is a factory produced mixture of lime, cement, sand and additives, designed for rendering of interior walls and ceilings.
The product has high vapor permeability and excellent adhesion to different types of bases, such as bricks and concrete. It can be applied both manually and by machine.
When the render is applied by machine, for more precisions work, it is necessary to install protective profiles at all angles and edges, and metal leading profiles where necessary.
LIME-CEMENT RENDER R-300 should be sprayed in two consecutive layers, applying the second layer before the first one gets dry (“wet over wet”), and then smoothed with aluminum lute.
It is recommended highly hygroscopic bases, such as aerated concrete masonry, to be primed with TERAZID G-55, before R-300 is applied.
The product is compatible with the TERAZID’s silo equipment.
