In recent years Terazid EOOD has proved to be one of the fastest developing Bulgarian manufacturers of paints, glues, plasters, heat and hydro insulating materials.
The company, which recently has celebrated its 10th anniversary, reported 65% growth of the sales in 2005 compared to 2004. The good company’s results are not a random phenomenon but a part of the ascending tendency of the company during last years. This can be explained both with the intensive building processes in Bulgaria and the significant investments in this field, and with the high quality and competitive prices of company’s production. Last year, over 400 000 m2 of façades were built up using the Terazid products. “This is 150 000 m2 more compared to 2004”, stated the Owner and Manager of Terazid EOOD, Mr. Rosen Stankov. “This year we expect to preserve the positive tendency of sales growth”.
The big search of building materials of Terazid brand imposed activity expansion and in 2005 the company moved to a new administrative-production base of a larger capacity and warehouse possibilities. The investments into the new building and the new and modern production capacities have exceeded 1.5 million BGN for the last 2 years.
“We rely on the highly qualified production and short implementation and delivery periods to meet the high requirements of our clients”, commented the Manager, Mr. Rosen Stankov, company’s success. “The company has orientated its production mainly to the Bulgarian market but it also exports production to neighbouring countries like Albany and Serbia. The company has a well developed distributor’s network and representations in Varna, Burgas, Plovdiv, Stara Zagora and Pleven.
Terazid EOOD has set its production in conformity with the European requirements. Last year the Certificate according to ISO 9001:2000 Standard of the company was prolonged till 2008, and in the beginning of this year the entire façade integrated system for heat insulation was also certified.
The company is a winner of the Gold Medal from the International Plovdiv Fair 2000, of the Golden Key from the Three Keys Exhibition in Varna in 2003, and of the Golden Wing of Success Award from the Partners’ Expo Exhibition – building, furnishing, technologies, light industry – in Pleven in 2004. It is a member of the Bulgarian Building Chamber, the Bulgarian Association of Building Insulations and of the Association of Manufacturers of Dry Building Mixtures.
