RZ-200 – dry lime-cement mixture for masonry

PURPOSE

RZ-200 is a premixed combination of lime, cement, sand and special additives.
The product is designed for brick masonries when building facades, load-bearing or partition walls.
The ready-to-work mixture is easy to apply with trowel or mortarboard. It should be applied evenly all over the brick contact surface, but not over big areas at one time, because there is a chance of overdrying the mixture, due to the high water-absorbing ability of the ceramic bricks. The bricks should be pressed tightly one to another, both horizontally and vertically, removing and collecting the material outside the masonry plane.
The already mixed with water RZ-200 should be used within the next 2 hours.
The product is compatible with the TERAZID’s silo equipment.
