INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPLICATION AND PROCESSING
For the complete dissolution of 1 kg of FUGARID PREMIUM MAX, around 0.32 litres of water are required. Into a preliminary prepared container with water, the necessary amount of dry mixture is poured and, with the help of a mechanical stirrer, it is stirred until it appears to be a homogenous flexible mixture. Thus, the stirred mixture is left to stay for 5-10 minutes so that it gets “mature”, after which it is stirred once again and it is ready for work. It is recommended that the solution for floorings should be not so thick.
Jointing is done with the help of a rubber putty-knife and the jointing mixture is diagonally spread over the tiles until the joints between them are maximally filled. Corrections and additional filling of the joints are possible only before the material gets hard and dry. Forming is carefully done with the help of a wet sponge, without touching the joint itself.
Any stains or contaminations over the face side of the coating or the flooring are removed within 3 hours after jointing is done with the help of a sponge and water.
Exploitation of the flooring or the coating cannot start earlier than 24 hours after jointing is done.
CONSUMPTION
-

NOTES
For porous surfaces (non-glazed tiles or granite), preliminary testing of a sample of the respective material should be made.
It is not recommended to mix different colours due to the reason that it will lead to worsening the product’s quality.
Characteristics and technical data of the product, pointed out into this Technical Data Sheet, are defined at a standard temperature (20˚C) and relative humidity (50%). In other weather conditions, the technological time for some of the processes mentioned above could be shorter or longer.
The information of the product is based on the practical experience of the manufacturer and the technical tests in specialized laboratories.
