ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

The international standard ISO 14001:2015 specifies the requirements for an environmental management system that an organization can use to improve its environmental performance. The standard is intended for use by an organization that seeks to manage its environmental responsibilities in a systematic manner that contributes to the environmental pillar of sustainability. ISO 14001:2015 helps an organization achieve the expected results of its environmental management system that add value to the environment, the organization itself and its stakeholders.

The management of TERAZID EOOD is committed to maintaining and continuously improving the quality of the construction products and trade offered, while fully satisfying the requirements of customers and society. Effective management of healthy and safe working conditions and minimizing harmful impacts on the environment are part of the entire company’s policy and strategy.

The management agrees to comply with applicable legal and other voluntarily adopted requirements relating to the creation of the construction product, occupational health and safety and environmental protection.

The management undertakes to implement:

  • reducing the harmful effects over the environment caused by our activities, products and services
  • management of environmental aspects related to air, water, soil, personnel and society – waste /production, domestic, packaging/, resources /raw materials, fuels, energy, water/
  • ensuring staff awareness of the environmental issues and understanding of the environmental aspects of the company’s activities
  • making decisions for informing and discussing with interested parties the problems of the environment and the efforts made for its improvement
  • making efforts to continuously improve environmental management through systematic inspections, implementation of corrective actions and environmental performance
  • assessing the effectiveness, suitability and maintenance of our environmental policy through periodic reviews by management
  • creating a positive public image within the free market
