H-400 – lime-cement render

PURPOSE

LIME-CEMENT RENDER H-400 is a factory produced mixture of lime, cement, sand and additives, designed for rendering of facades and exterior elements. It can be applied both manually and by machine.
The render has high resistance to moisture, mechanical strength, vapor permeability and excellent adhesion to different types of bases, such as bricks and concrete. The product’s characteristics determine its application for rendering of facades and brick, stone and aerated concrete masonries, in construction of new buildings, as well as in repairing of existing ones.
Except for rough rendering and leveling of the masonry, the H-400 can be used as base coat for applying of decorative facade plasters.
It is recommended highly hygroscopic bases, such as aerated concrete masonry, to be primed with TERAZID G-55, before H-400 is applied.
The product is compatible with the TERAZID’s silo equipment.
