The leading Bulgarian manufacturer of building materials TERAZID EOOD enjoyed a 30- percent rise in sales over a period of nine months this year compared with the same period of 2007. The company registers heavy demand for the product both among building and investors companies and end consumers.
Cement Adhesives and facade plasters are traditionally with the largest sales share among the TERAZID’s brand products. To meet the market demand, the company put into operation a new installation for paste-type plasters and paints with output of 10 000 tons annually.
This year TERAZID made a serious step towards its end consumers by installation of 16 machines for coloring of exterior paints, plasters and latex according to a catalogue in a trade facility of its distribution network.
“Up to now we have offered on the market only factory toning of paints and plasters according to a catalogue. Machine installation for coloring by the proper software facilitates to a great extent our customers who may choose by now any colour and get the finished product throughout the day”, stated Mr. Rosen Stankov, the Manager of TERAZID EOOD.
With a view to ensuring fast and good service on the territory of the entire country, the company has recently branched out a new regional office having its own warehouse base in the city of Veliko Tarnovo. By this, the regional offices of TERAZID EOOD have become six in number.
According to the financial accounts, the company’s investments in long-term tangible assets have seriously increased in the first nine months of 2008. Almost 2 million Bulgarian levs were allocated to acquisition of transport facilities. The most significant acquisition in the vehicle-fleet of the company are 7 new 40-ton lorries.
