The leading Bulgarian manufacturer of glues, plasters, and insulating materials TERAZID EOOD already offers its customers machines for dry and paste like products application. The German company INOTEC Gmbh was chosen by TERAZID EOOD as a machine supplier. By INOMAT M8 and INOCOMB PICCO MP18 machines, all basic products for finishing works in the building industry can be applied: cement glues and ground coatings, water isolations, plasters, indoor and outdoor paints. Each of the two models is accompanied by a detailed work manual for TERAZID products, wherein optimum technical settings, proportions and material consistency in the course of various operations are specified.
Pattern potential of both machines was demonstrated before building and investment companies’ representatives in the course of a round of specialized meetings. Machine application of DECORIT polymer scratched plaster by INOMAT M8 evoked enthusiasm during the demonstrations, as the task performance took less than 5 minutes on area of 6 m².
Peristaltic pump INOMAT M8 combined with a compressor is meant for machine application of paste like products: polymer, silicate and silicone plasters with Scratched or Dragged structure, liquid waterproofing mixtures and primers, indoor and outdoor paints. Simple–to-operate and uniform material feed are the essential machine advantages. One may not smooth down the so applied Scratched plaster layer additionally which repeatedly cuts the application time. At the same time, the ultimate effect is the stronger defined prominent structure.
Peristaltic pump efficiency trials show that two are enough to apply scratchy plaster on area of 500 m² for 6 hours. Along with that, material consumption is reduced in comparison with manual application. “Machine continuation of partial facade performance is easy and without a visible difference after interruption”, explain the experts.
TERAZID EOOD specialists recommend using the same machine for the purpose of speedy and homogeneous application of TERAZID G-33 universal primer for plasters and TERAZID G-22 contact primer. Excellent result is also achieved in one application of liquid elastic waterproofing meant for pools and damp locations.
In the course of machine paint application – indoor and outdoor, a considerable time and material consumption reduction in comparison with a manual application is observed.
Polymer, silicate and silicone plasters may be also applied by the mono-phase INOCOMB PICCO MP18. Contrary to INOMAT M8, it is meant to work with dry building mixtures too. The machine is particularly suited for mixing and applying of cement glues, e.g. TERMOZID over thermally insulating boards. It can be used successfully both for mixing and spraying of putty composition over already well-arranged thermally insulating boards and mixing and laying of gypsum and lime-cement plasters.
TERAZID EOOD specialists plan a new round of construction activity demonstrations with the aid of machines before clients-building companies and investors. Provision is made for training of employees and workers through building companies.
