TERAZID ЕООД provide warmness and coziness for one more nursery

After the Bulgarian producer of construction materials, TERAZID EOOD, has provided total heat insulation of the central building of the children’s establishment over 100 children from All Day Nursery No. 16 in Sofia attend warmer and cozier nurseries.

The nursery building was lit and officially opened today, 1 November, the Day of the National Awakeners. The deputy mayor of culture and education of Vitosha District, Maria Ivanova, Director of Culture and Education Office at Stolichna Municipality, children’s nurseries directors and parents were present at the official ceremony.

The free heat insulation of the central building of the Central Nursery No. 16 adds to the measures undertaken by the municipality for the improvement of the conditions in the building which in 1962 was reconstructed from a private house to a nursery. Notwithstanding the made inside and roof repair and change of window joinery the old façade required urgent overhaul.

The central building is attended by 25 children of 3 years age who are the youngest children at the nursery. The Doctor’s Office and the Kitchen, which provides food to the other nursery subsidiaries, are also situated there.

A few months ago, at the 10th Anniversary of the company its Manager, Rosen Stankov, stated that every year TERAZID EOOD would fund the heat insulation of a nursery or another kind of children’s establishment. Then he appealed to other producers and construction companies to support the charity initiative and allow more children to attend beautiful and warm nurseries.

This is the second endowment made by the company for the improvement of the conditions in which the children study and play. The total area of heat insulated façades of both buildings exceeds 600 sq. m.

In 2004, on Mr. Rosen Stankov’s initiative TERAZID EOOD made gratuitous heat insulation of a subsidiary of the children’s establishment. After the repair the spent electric energy for the building heating in winter decreased by 10 000 kwh which saved almost 1 400 BGN (over 30% of the heating expenses) to the municipality.
