The best Bulgarian manufacturer of building glues and façade heat insulation materials, TERAZID EOOD, established the annual awards. For the first time they were presented on 16 December at an official ceremony. The idea about the establishing of TERAZID Annual Awards belongs to the company’s owner, Mr. Rosen Stankov. He thinks it is a gesture of friendship to the company’s partners – leading companies in the building branch, and, as a whole, a possibility of encouraging the Bulgarian business.
The prizes have been awarded in two categories: for commercial and building companies. The leading branch representatives were present at the awards official presenting at the metropolitan Olympus Hotel. The TERAZID EOOD Manager, Mr. Rosen Stankov, presented a Diploma and a statuette by the sculptor Pavel Dimitrov to the 8 selected companies.

The Biggest Prize – a week tour for two to the Malta Island, through a lottery, was given to UNITZEM Ltd. – one of the best company’s clients for 2005.
TERAZID EOOD has almost ten-year experience in the production of building mixtures – cement and plaster glues, ground coatings, jointing mixtures and plasters. The newest TERAZID products – façade and interior paints – have been successfully offered on the Bulgarian market.
The most successful company’s product for 2005 was the façade plaster DEKORIT. Let’s add one more achievement – during the passing 2005 year the company moved to a new production base and administrative building in the region of Gara Iskar. It is important to notice that TERAZID has successfully passed the re-certification audit according to the management and quality system in accordance with the ISO 9001:2000 Standard and its period has been prolonged by three more years, till October 2008.
The first TERAZID anniversary is coming. In 2006 the company will celebrate, of course together with its clients and partners, the 10th anniversary from its establishment.
