Mr. Stankov, why have you decided to add machines for dry and paste-like materials placing to the long company scale of products?
Part of TERAZID’s corporate philosophy is to keep up with the new trends in this business of worldwide significance and to anticipate their appearance on the Bulgarian market. TERAZID EOOD is the Bulgarian manufacturer who was the first to produce and offer polymeric plasters on the national market. In the not so distant 2001, it was an entirely new manufacturing process for Bulgaria. Naturally, we are the first Bulgarian company offering its customers machines for dry and paste-like products placing.

What are the advantages of automated placing?
The main advantage of automated placing is the working speed, compared to manual process performance. Both time and required number of workers needed to perform a construction operation are reduced. At the same time, much higher quality is achieved by operating machines.

In large scale construction and increasingly short terms, set by the investors, optimization of performance time needed for each one of the construction operations is of great significance for building companies’ competitiveness.
Despite their strong advantages, it may be said that, they are still not popular enough with us. Generally, I think that automated placing will soon be a preferable working method both by the investors and building companies.
How many kinds of machines do you offer?
There are two kinds of machines offered by TERAZID EOOD and practically they can be used for application of all basic materials for finishing works in building industry, such as cement glues and ground coatings, hydro isolations, plasters, interior and exterior paints. We have made a study of various machine models for dry and paste-like materials placing and their functions to offer our customers the most suitable ones for Bulgarian conditions.

Namely, machine multitask capability and variety of nozzles make them extremely suitable for use by smaller crews, specialized on heat-insulation placing and larger building companies which want to leave behind their rivals with quickness and quality.
What are the main recommendations of TERAZID EOOD on using machines for glue and plaster application? What products do you suggest to be used?
One of the characteristics of both machines is that they are sold accompanied by a detailed work manual for TERAZID brand products, wherein optimum technical settings, proportions and material consistency in the course of various operations are specified. Observance of these instructions will guarantee a trouble-free working and a quality final product. Besides, each one of the products for automated placing, offered by TERAZID, contains special admixtures which make them better for operating machines.
The peristaltic pump combined with a compressor is meant for automated application of paste-like products, such as polymeric, silicate and silicone plasters with scratched or dragged structure, known as Decorit, Silicat and Sicolit, Terazid GT-11 liquid waterproofing mixture, the primers Terazid G-33 and Terazid G-22, interior and exterior paints. Operation simplicity and regular material feed are the essential machine advantages.
One may not smooth down additionally the applied scratched plaster layer which repeatedly cuts the application time. At the same time, the final effect is a more defined prominent structure.
Polymeric, silicate and silicone plasters may be also applied by a mono-phase machine. Contrary to peristaltic pump, it is meant for working with dry building mixtures too. The machine is particularly suitable for mixing and applying of cement glues, e.g. TERMOZID on thermally insulating boards. It can be used successfully both for mixing and spraying of putty composition over already well-arranged thermally insulating boards and mixing and laying of gypsum and lime-cement plasters.
We would like to represent below, companies performing large scale construction for which short delivery terms are of great importance, namely store-pits with storage capacity of 1, 2, 3, 6 and 12.5 tons. Store pits are supplied full of proper dry building materials, thus saving constant calls, time loss and delivery, unloading and blending. Each store-pit is equipped in such a way that it can mix water with materials and prepare ready- to- place solution. Besides, store-pits are equipped with all necessary nozzles used for application of glue mixtures, our machines are working with.
