The cement adhesives are construction products category that is as familiar as it is diverse and continuously developing. At the late 90s of the last century, the ready-made tile adhesives entered the Bulgarian market powerfully, as the convenient, pre-mixed and precisely dosed packages, forever replaced the practice of preparing adhesive solutions from bulk materials directly on site.

TERAZID is one of the first Bulgarian tile adhesives manufacturers, and over the years has established itself as an undisputed leader in this product category. Their production can be conditionally divided into two large categories, according to the type of cement - grey and white. These two categories contain different classes of adhesives, according to the products characteristics and purpose. TERAZID produces a wide variety of different classes of thin-layer cement adhesives - from normal-hardening and flexible, to high-strength, high-elastic or fast-hardening mixtures. On the other hand, the tile adhesives can be divided according to their area of use - adhesives for internal application or adhesives for external application.

TERAZID offers a wide range of dry cement adhesives that can satisfy even the most demanding customers. According to their purpose, the tile adhesives can meet different requirements, which determines the large selection of different models in the catalogue, such as adhesive for faience, terracotta, granite, stone and stone facings, ceramic and glass-ceramic plates, marble, granite and others.

As already mentioned, TERAZID is one of the manufacturers that works with both grеy and white cement. The so-called "standard" or universal cement adhesives are the gray ones, which are also the most used. In many cases, however, it is necessary to use white cement adhesives. The white color is extremely important for swimming pool coverings, glass ceramics or translucent stone.

Regardless of the adhesives application or purpose, in its production, TERAZID insert polypropylene fibers in every single package. Numerous laboratory tests prove that every single cement adhesive with polypropylene fibers has better strength characteristics compared to its counterpart that does not contain any synthetic fibers. That is why TERAZID reinforces all its adhesives, whether they are products for indoor use or adhesives for outdoor stone, granite or marble flooring.

When we talk about cement adhesives for flooring, we have to mention the other category of products inextricably linked to this construction processes – the ready-made jointing mixtures. As with adhesives, TERAZID again offers different classes of products, according to their characteristics and depending on their application. The TERAZID cement jointing mixtures are available in a wide variety of colours and convenient packaging. The products from the “Fugarid” series offers solutions, both for indoor and outdoor application, and the rich colour palette of jointing mixtures gives great choice and variability.
